About Me
I’ve held a variety of technical writing and training positions throughout my career, building both documentation processes and products as well as new training programs from the ground up.
In addition, my most current endeavor has been building the documentation system, with its style guides, templates, and processes, from scratch. The more important task, however, includes building the Knowledge Base and managing how staff and customers interact with the articles.
